St Bees has recently been crowned the best place in Britain to raise a family by the Family Hotspots Report and we think we know the main reason why – it’s because St Bees regularly hosts West Cumbria’s finest big band, the La’al Big Band – a great family night out!

Your next chance to see the band in the award-winning St Bees is Saturday, November 15, when the band will play host to four fabulous female vocalists – Cindy Hoten, Endee Uboma, Sara Creeney and our very own singing trumpet player Beatrice Lamb.

All this will take place in the newly refurbished function room at the Seacote Hotel in St Bees, starting at 8.15pm.
